| Weaving a looping right hand: |
| The opponent throws a looping right punch. |
| As we weave under the strike, we throw our right arm out and across his stomach. |
| Continue our forward motion and because our right arm has control of his waist, we should ’swing’ around behind him to take control of his back. |
| Keep low and tight; with our head in contact with his back at all times. |
| Now we take him to the ground by applying a twisting or rotational force in a counter-clockwise direction, whilst using our left leg to block the back of his left heel. |
| As we hit the ground, |
| establish our side-mount position and attack from there. |
| In this case, a lapel ½ nelson choke is being demonstrated. |
