Weaving a looping right hand:

Weaving a looping right hand:
The opponent throws a looping right punch.
As we weave under the strike, we throw our right arm out and across his stomach.
Continue our forward motion and because our right arm has control of his waist, we should ’swing’ around behind him to take control of his back.
Keep low and tight; with our head in contact with his back at all times.
Now we take him to the ground by applying a twisting or rotational force in a counter-clockwise direction, whilst using our left leg to block the back of his left heel.
As we hit the ground,
establish our side-mount position and attack from there.
In this case, a lapel ½ nelson choke is being demonstrated.
