Leg Split sweep

From Hooks in position sit up and under hook your opponent’s arms.
Scoot your lower body closer to him
while you lift his weight forward onto your hooks.
As your opponent posts to save himself off balancing,
raise your right leg straight up with your right arm outside your knee.
Hip to your right and claim his leg with your right arm and neck
With your right foot push on your opponent’s far leg and hip away,
maintain control of his top leg.
Get your knees under you and use the controlled leg to roll your opponent onto his back.
