Basic double leg from head to head

From head to head, suddenly drop our level and use the power of both legs to drive in deeply toward his legs.
Our head should be on the outside of his legs and our elbows held close to our body – do not over extend our arms away from our body during this move.
Circle out to the left, removing our body as a support for the opponent,
and drive him back into the space where we came from with the power of our head and legs.
Move into side control.
