From the kneeride position reach down and get a thumb inside grip on the collar at the back of his neck with our left hand. |

Then slide the right hand – four fingers grip- into his far collar. |

| Bring our forearms together, keeping them in constant contact as we spin to the front and drive our head into his stomach. |
|
|
| Make sure to be in a well balanced tripod position before bringing both elbows strongly up and behind our back – thereby bringing the choke into full effect. |
