Spinning Choke

From the kneeride position reach down and get a thumb inside grip on the collar at the back of his neck with our left hand.

Then slide the right hand – four fingers grip- into his far collar.

Bring our forearms together, keeping them in constant contact as we spin to the front and drive our head into his stomach.

Make sure to be in a well balanced tripod position before bringing both elbows strongly up and behind our back – thereby bringing the choke into full effect.
